1. Scope
This policy covers planning program fees listed on this site in THB. Services are informational and advisory; no physical goods are shipped from this policy unless a separate contract states otherwise.
2. Eligibility for refunds
If you purchased a planning program directly from Energyx Channel and change your mind, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment, provided no deliverable workshop or bespoke document set has been delivered. Partial completion may qualify for partial refunds as described below.
3. Partial refunds
Where work has started in good faith, we may offer a partial refund reflecting completed sessions, materials already delivered, and administrative costs. Any partial amount will be communicated with a simple written breakdown.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses we prepaid on your behalf (for example rush printing arranged at your request) are non-refundable once incurred. Custom data cleaning beyond the agreed scope may be billed and is non-refundable once delivered.
5. Request process
Email hello@energyx-channel.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason for the request. We may schedule a short call to confirm identity and scope. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten (10) business days. Card issuers may add additional processing time outside our control.
7. Thai consumer notes and cancellations
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Thai law. You may cancel defective service engagements where we materially fail to deliver the contracted scope after a reasonable cure period. For business customers, cancellation terms in a signed statement of work prevail when they conflict with this summary.
