Fit & scope

Do you run installs or print POSM?

No. We plan movement, packs, and visibility tables. Field labor and print procurement stay with your partners unless separately contracted.

Can you start with a partial outlet list?

Yes. We mark coverage gaps explicitly so downstream teams know where assumptions live.

What is a hard limitation?

We do not guarantee sell-through or campaign outcomes. We improve operational clarity, not shopper demand.

Data & tools

Which files do you accept?

CSV outlet codes, Excel planogram extracts, JSON snapshots, or photos with rough dimensions in filenames.

Will you log into our distributor portal?

Only under a written access agreement. Otherwise we work from exports you provide.

Do you build dashboards?

Not in these programs. We deliver templates and definitions your BI team can wire later if they choose.

Commercial

How do fees work?

Programs list THB amounts as informational pricing. We discuss scope before invoicing — no checkout here.

Can we pause mid-program?

Yes with written notice. Partial delivery may be billed per the Returns & Refunds policy.

Do you work outside Thailand?

Occasionally for regional rollouts anchored in Thai depots. Time zones and export rules add lead time.

Where do complaints go?

Email hello@energyx-channel.digital with program name and dates. We respond within a few business days.
