Sketch-first aisle flows before CAD debates
floor stackssketchingplanning
CAD debates slow POSM when teams lack a shared picture of the aisle. We collect sketches on dark paper under phone flash—imperfect, but fast—and use them to pick geometry classes A/B/C before any precision work.
Geometry classing sets expectations for pallet caps and night-build footprints. Malls care about those numbers more than renderings.
Once classed, we translate sketches into stack diagrams security teams can read without CAD software.
CAD itself remains your vendor scope unless contracted separately; we stop at diagrams planners can execute tomorrow.
