Bilingual headers fail in trade when color contrast diverges between languages. We map accent colors to meaning, not to brand whimsy: one accent for Thai emphasis, a second for English emphasis, shared neutrals for legal lines everyone must read.
We keep a living matrix in the Campaign Wave Handoff Lab sessions so producers see how shelves read at 2 meters, not only on monitors. That distance test catches weight issues early.
We also version small typographic tweaks separately from structural cuts. Studios can iterate copy without invalidating pack counts already staged at depots.
What we do not do: rewrite regulatory copy. Teams bring approved text; we help place it consistently across kits.
